Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.
In order to return an order, you must contact us first.
You will need to attach a pre-paid return shipping label to the package and mail it to the address on the shipping label. You will not need to pay for shipping.

We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients. In case of client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
Once, we will receive the returned product by you, we will check and validate everything related to the product details and product conditions. Depending upon the mutual agreement, we may refund all your balance money into your My Wallet and that you can use for your next purchase. We will contact you over email for that and will ask for your approval over email.
You can refund your My Wallet balance against your order no. generated while you recharged your My Wallet. As a processing fee, 5% of total amount will be deducted. You need to create a support ticket with us for the refund along with your order no. and we will get in touch with you for the refund process. After approval for the refund, the actual process may take 10-15 business days to credited in your respective bank account. The refund will be credited into same bank account/debit card/credit card or any other payment mode which you used to recharge your My Wallet. Refund process can be changed any time before prior notice.
We are running different discount coupons schemes at Xcrox. Suppose, you have purchased one item and you get some discount coupons for next purchase and you returned the original product due to some reasons, then your discount coupon will be disabled. If you have already used that coupon for purchasing other items at Xcrox, then in the refund amount, we will deduct the amount of that particular coupon during refund process.
